Bundled cinnamon sticks on textured timber from the Collection Still Life, Food That Moves. Cinnamon has been consumed since 2000 BC in Ancient Egypt, where it was highly prized. The Composition seems random, what we see is what is inside the stick, that’s where the flavour is.
